What do you enjoy most about being a musician?

What I enjoy most about being a musician is being able to experiment and surprise myself musically. Writing a verse in a melody I normally don’t use or hear is exciting to me, it makes me feel like I’ve discovered something new.

What do you hate most?

What I hate most is people with a negative mindset who always got something negative to say or focused on the wrong thing just to stay in that mindset.

If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?

Honestly, I don’t know what I would change about the industry, I’m not currently IN the industry so I don’t know all the ends and outs, but I know people get screwed out of their money all the time and that’s trash. So what I can say is I would just want everyone around me to be genuine.

Describe your sound.

If I could describe my sound I would say it’s bouncy. If you catch the beat and really listen to the words you can just bounce to it and really get it.

To make some classic music, then start taking over other lanes (videos, clothes, businesses) later down the line.

What got you into music?

Music has always been a passion of mine, I was in band growing up. Rap music, in particular, was very captivating and exciting, each song full of energy or evoking a new mood. I loved the option of creatively expressing myself in a medium.m that could also display my personality.

If you can have your fans remember one thing about you, what would it be?

Have them remember I was myself. There were flaws that I have but I never tried to hide them. I stand firmly in my truth and I think that’s something worth buying into.

What do you feel is the best song you ever released and why?

I feel like “Cavalier” off my Eman Slumpert project is the best song I’ve ever released. Partially because this is the best mix on a song I’ve ever got, partially because our new 4Deep stuff isn’t released yet.

What's on your bucket list?

Skydiving is definitely on my bucket list!!! Oh, and I want a million dollars in $20s.
